All rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
During the low and medium season it's possible to book the apartment for short periods (minimum 3 nights), prices on request.
During high season only weekly staying from Saturday to Saturday"

Services include: taxes, final cleaning, weekly linen change, utilities except telephone,swimming pool, tennis, ping pong, children playground, barbecue, parking.

Excluded services and upon request: telephone, additional cleaning or linen change (10 euro to person), coin for washing machine, firewood for fireplacek, heating (November-March).

Cancellation policies: if the reservation is canceled a payment of 30% of total is due for cancellation until 30 days before arrival, 70% from 29th to the day before arrival, 100% for no show or early departure.

Check in: 15.00 - 19.00 arrivals after 19:00 are allowed if notified, but not after 20:00
