• At what time can we check-in and out?
  - For weekly staying
  Check-in: saturday from 03.00 to 06.00 pm.
  Check-out: saturday before 10.00 am.
  - For short periods: Check-in Monday-Saturday from 03:00 to 06.00 pm; Check-out Monday-Saturday before 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The given price is the weekly rate of an apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No. You can have breakfast on request: price is 6 € per person for each day.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes..
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Deutsch.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Apartments are on the ground and on the first floor. No lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All apartments are particularly quiet and romantic. Nido apartment is the most secluded.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?

• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the apartments have their own private furnished yard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  All apartments are provided with TV (no satellite TV).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All apartments are provided with private telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There's a panoramic pergola in the yard close to the barbecue and ther's a room where we serve breakfast and guided tasting.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes. You can have Internet and Fax service at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool?
  Yes, there's a panoramic swimming pool (15x8 mt).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence railway station or at Florence/pisa airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Capraia and Limite (2 km) you can find a bank, a Post Office and various shops.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, we have our vineyards and we organise tours in our farm.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 25 km, Siena 65 km, Pisa 50 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Capraia e Limite (2 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze peretola, 30 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In the village of Capraia e Limite (2 km).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Montelupo Fiorentino (3 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Tennis, Sauna, bath...)?
  There are a tennis court and a soccer court.
• Are pets welcome?
  On request small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No at the moment.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
