Inside the farmhouse there are 8 apartments, 4 located at the ground floor and 4 located at the first floor, pleasantly furnished with the refinement of Tuscan classic style and provided with all comforts. Recently it's available another apartment at the groud floor on another farmhouse few meters from the main.

The ground floor apartments (included the one in the adjacent farmhouse) are provided with private entrance (to protect guests’ privacy). All the apartments (at ground and first floor) have their own private furnished yard located in the garden or on the panoramic terraces. The first floor apartments are provided with two entrances from the garden with internal staircase, one for every two apartments; this solution allows, if a larger apartment is needed, the capability to rent two apartments at the same time with a private entrance directly from the garden.

The same capability is given to the ground floor too, thanks to a communication door. The apartments are provided with heating, phone and TV.

In the adjacent farmhouse are located two more apartments: Nido, which is an apartment with double bedroom, bathroom with shower cabin, equipped kitchen (with fireplace) and Fienile, a large apartment with double bedroom, double bedded bedroom, bathroom with shower cabin, equipped kitchen (with fireplace) and dining room. Both are located at ground floor with private entrance and are provided with heating and TV. Nido has also a private furnished patio.

 

ORTO, VIGNETO,OLIVETO, BOSCO, FIENILE sono appartamenti trilocali che dispongono rispettivamente di camera matrimoniale, camera doppia, bagno, cucina-soggiorno con divano letto, telefono e tv.

ROSMARINO, LAVANDA, PAPAVERO, GINESTRA, NIDO sono appartamenti bilocali che dispongono rispettivamente di camera matrimoniale, bagno, cucina-soggiorno con divano letto, telefono e tv.
